I think it’s very important to point out that the queer liberation movement neglecting trans* and intersex issues is not okay and more attention should be paid to the more marginalized elements of our community.
However, this comic leaves the reader with the false impression that bisexual issues are strictly subsumed under gay and lesbian issues (or given the same amount of attention to), which they aren’t. Bisexuals clearly are lagging behind in terms of social acceptance, just look at the statistics. People should inform themselves about specifically bi issues before grouping the B together with the LG when talking about marginalization (and, of course, lesbians are also lagging behind gay men when it comes to things like media representation, etc.).
